Best time is April. Earlier in the year often high avalanche hazard. Climb takes one to two hours from top of Kiroro or Kokusai ski resorts. One hours drive from Sapporo. Face is about 400m vertical and often has a cornice. Steepest at the top ehere it appoaches 40 degrees.
